करण ने की अभिषेक व जॉन की प्रशंसा

मुंबई। लोकप्रिय फिल्म निर्माता करण जौहर ने अपनी नई फिल्म दोस्ताना के दोनों अभिनेताओं अभिषेक बच्चन और जॉन अब्राहम की प्रशंसा की है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह हास्य फिल्म होकर भी समलैंगिक विषय पर प्रकाश डाल रही है।

करण ने बताया कि हॉलीवुड फिल्म ब्रोकबेक माउंटेन की तरह ही दोस्ताना भी एक साहसी फिल्म है क्योंकि हास्य के साथ-साथ फिल्म में एक प्रमुख विषय को भी उठाने की कोशिश की गई है। करण ने कहा कि समलैंगिक विषय पर आधारित हास्य फिल्म में अभिषेक और अब्राहम द्वारा अभिनय करने पर वे काफी खुश हैं। उन्होंने दोनों अभिनेताओं के निर्णय को साहसिक करार दिया। करण ने कहा कि फिल्म के निर्देशक तरुण मनसुखानी के काम से भी वे काफी खुश हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मनसुखानी के साथ उनका पुराना संबंध है। फिल्म में अब्राहम के किरदार से करण कुछ ज्यादा ही प्रभावित हैं।

Abhishek to play Tansen!

Actor Abhishek Bachchan will play singer Tansen in Rajshri Productions’ historical film, which will be directed by Satish Kaushik.

Satish Kaushik said. “We have been working on the script for the last one year as we had to do a lot of research, but I’m not sure Abhishek will be playing Tansen.

“It’s too early for us to say anything. Right now we are working on the film’s script,” he said.

However, an insider from Rajshri told us that they have finalised Abhishek for the role.
Abhishek Bahchan was unavailable for comment. When contacted to Ravindra Jain who is the music director of the film.

“I have already recorded four songs sung by Yesudas. I will record the other songs only when the female lead is finalised.

If I am not wrong, some actress named Deepika something (Deepika Padukone) is being considered to play the female lead.”

Initially, there were reports that Himesh Reshammiya would play Tansen.

Abhishek wasn’t re-shooting for ‘Sarkar Raj’: Varma

Abhishek Bachchan took a day off from his hectic schedule to do some additional shooting for Ram Gopal Varma’s “Sarkar Raj” before he flew off to Miami to join the crew for “Dostana”.

And the director clarifies that the actor wasn’t re-shooting.

“It was a few vital close-ups of Abhishek that I wanted to add to the film, so before anyone jumps to the conclusion that I re-shot my film, let me quickly clear the air,” Varma told IANS.
